Remove Ear Wax Removal is a small local practice run by Alison, providing mobile ear wax removal home visits across Warrington and Cheshire. This page explains what we do with the details you send us.

What we collect

When you complete the appointment request form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, your preferred date and time for a home visit, whether you have had ear wax removal before, and anything else you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your appointment request and to arrange your appointment. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

How it is stored

Requests are sent to Alison and stored securely so that no enquiry is lost. Access is limited to Alison. We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to provide and administer your care.
